Hypnos has been named in the prestigious ‘The Sunday Times Profit Track Ones to Watch’ as one of ‘10 Rising Stars’, thanks to sustained efforts to strategically grow the business both in the UK and abroad.

The list recognises those that have shown strong growth over the past three years and have the potential to grow rapidly in the future. Each company included in the list is selected by a panel of experts following a thorough assessment process.

Stephen Ward, Group Managing Director at Hypnos, said: “As an aspirational and trusted sleep brand in the UK, being included on the ‘10 Rising Stars’ list is an incredible achievement and extremely rewarding for everyone at Hypnos. We’d like to thank our partners in both the retail and hospitality sectors for their part in this success.

“With a reputation that is growing internationally and as a family-owned company with over 100 years’ experience in making bespoke luxury beds for the finest homes and hotels around the world, we have always had strong aspirations to bring our brand and high quality products to homeowners and hoteliers alike. Our efforts have allowed us to secure a strong international position, whereby 150 retail stores around the world have our product and we can serve our global hotel customers through our 20 international manufacturing licensees.

Sunday Time Profit Track“Over the next few years we are looking at steady and sustainable growth through our relationships with our partners, innovation in our products and services, and by ensuring we continue to be an excellent brand to work with.

This sustained growth is in part down to the creation of a range of stylish and innovative products designed specifically for each market, all of which are 100% recyclable. Unique and beautiful collaborations with designers like Amira Hashish and British fabric brands, Sanderson and Harlequin, denotes the stylish luxury available from Hypnos, whilst innovative materials and functional solutions for the retail and hospitality sector give consumers what they need - a great night’s sleep.

In 2017 Hypnos’ growth and reputation was also enhanced with two prestigious accolades, the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade and, for the third time, it was presented with the National Bed Federation’s ‘Bed Manufacturer of the Year’ award.

The business has held a Royal Warrant since 1929, and supplies ethically made and sustainable beds and mattresses to some of the finest homes, palaces, and hotels around the world. With a strong ethical focus, Hypnos was the first bed manufacturer in the world to become Carbon Neutral and comply with the PAS2060 carbon neutrality standard. The company remains the longest serving bed manufacturer to maintain this achievement, having held the status for seven years.
