1 LET’S TALK
Our project team will work with you to obtain a detailed understanding of your
requirements, taking into consideration room layout, number of rooms, products
required, desired comfort levels, design influences, brand standards and timescales.
2 Your Sleep Set
Together we will create the perfect sleep set for your business. We will consider every element required to deliver an optimum sleep experience for your guests - from selecting the perfect mattress, bed base, headboard, and fabrics. If appropriate, we can develop bespoke solutions specific to your property, ranging from a custom combination of comfort layers to the creation of a bed label to promote your hotel brand.

3 DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Our project team will co-ordinate the delivery and installation of your sleep set.
Following the completion of our pre delivery questionnaire, we will share the
detailed installation schedule with you, enabling our team to assemble and install
beds to your nominated rooms.
4 Caring for our planet
Hypnos is the UK’s first carbon neutral bed manufacturer. We have a 100% landfill
avoidance policy built around circular economy. Our leading disposal and recycling
service helps to reduce your carbon footprint by removing and disposing of your
old beds.

Fast 2 Room Delivery
At Hypnos we recognise that it is not always possible to anticipate the need for a replacement mattress or divan at short notice, so we have developed an extra layer of support to our service package. Whether you are part of a pivotal Housekeeping team at a hotel or B&B, or servicing rented accommodation, our new Fast 2 Room Delivery Service is designed specifically for you.
We are providing a quick turnaround, ex-stock service on our most popular Evesham Deluxe Mattresses and Classic Divans. Please contact our customer service team regarding quantities and they will be happy to agree this and a delivery schedule with you.
Once confirmed, orders will be despatched on our next delivery run, so the longest you will ever wait is 7 working days.

Hypnos is a family business that’s over 100 years old, so no surprise that we believe in building lasting relationships. Our tailored bed surveys review your beds at agreed intervals, recommending a replacement programme to ensure your guests continue to enjoy a great night’s sleep.
