We’re open for business and here to help

Despite the recent restrictions caused by Covid-19, I can confirm that our ISO 9001 Accredited factory remains open for business with all our manufacturing, delivery and installation teams continuing to work.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers and suppliers is our number one priority, and we continue to efficiently manufacture and operate with optimised PPE and social distancing working practices and with robust safety and hygiene standards to ensure our employees work safely but feel safe too.

Some of our customer service team and key staff members will work from home, and we will all do our part to protect the NHS and each other. Please keep in mind that it might take a little longer for our teams to respond to you than normal and that we appreciate your continued understanding and patience during this challenging time.

The Hypnos team continues to work hard to meet the demand for our sustainably-designed contract mattresses and beds from the hotel, serviced apartment, private residential living and interior design market sectors, offering not only quality comfort solutions, but also safe and hassle-free installation and old bed disposal and recycling service solutions too.

Whilst we begin to settle into the new normality in both our home and work life, Covid-19 and Brexit continues to disrupt business and present new challenges for Hypnos. But, we are confident that we have put in place a robust transformation programme, with the team at Hypnos continuing to focus on providing you with the sleep experience, information and help you need to ensure a brighter transition into 2022.

Naturally, we will continue to keep you updated on any change to the impact of Covid-19 on our business and your orders, along with updates on delivery times.
