Area Sales Manager - Hypnos Contract Beds

Hypnos Contract Beds is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager, ideally with a strong Contract and Hospitality sector background and/or experience in B2B sales. The candidate should be highly self-motivated and resilient, with strong administrative, tender and project management skills, with a focus on timely and effective planning.

This is a consultative sell applying a strong strategic approach.

The role collaborates with a team of Regional Area Sales Managers, with the potential for future career development for a candidate wishing to do so.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership and responsibility for the London and South East Territory, maintaining and maximising product and brand presence via strong relationships and management with existing designated Contract and Hospitality Territorial Accounts.
  • Prospecting new Hospitality business development opportunities through new market channels and in line with strategic objectives
  • Delivering sales budgets and additional company targets in line with outlined goals and protocol, individually and as part of a Team.
  • Securing increased revenue and margin through optimisation of brand reach.
  • Reporting and transparency of Key Actions and appointments through CRM use, for continued appraisal on KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification or at least five years of sales management within the Contract market sector at an experienced level.

Experience & Skills

  • Consultative sales experience
  • Proven sales experience in Hospitality / B2B sector
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Demonstrable ability to present, influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the business
  • Self-driven, results orientated and a positive outlook
  • MS Office skills
  • CRM and WG360
  • Driving Licence
  • Highly organised
