An update from Hypnos regarding COVID-19
I wanted to take the time to update you on the processes we are undertaking to ensure all our employees and our customers are kept as safe as possible during these unprecedented times.
As a family-run business that was founded over 100 years ago, we pride ourselves on placing the wellbeing of our workforce and customers at the centre of our business, and this latest situation is no exception.
The Prime Minister has stated that the most important action we can take is to stay at home to help protect our NHS and those at risk. In support of this, our showrooms and factory sites in Princes Risborough and Castle Donington have closed and all orders, deliveries and the production of mattresses and beds will be temporarily paused to ensure we can play our part in helping to overcome this virus.
Consequently, there may be delays with some of your orders, but once operations resume we will work hard to ensure we can safely make our contract mattresses and beds so that you have them at the earliest opportunity. We recognise these are difficult times for everyone, not least those in the hospitality industry, and will do our utmost to support you during these challenging times.
During the next three weeks customer service will work safely and remotely to manage any urgent enquiries. Please keep in mind that it might take a little longer to respond than normal and that we appreciate your understanding and patience during this difficult period. You can contact our team here.
It goes without saying our number one concern is the health and wellbeing of all our employees and customers and the communities in which they live, and we feel these measures are undoubtedly the right thing to do.
Rest assured we will endeavour to provide timely and effective communications as things develop.
