Hypnos Eden Mattress Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility

  • This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must tag @hotelhypnos on their Instagram post or story with a photograph of the Hypnos Bed from either the Brit List Awards or HIX LDN events during November 2024. 
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • The competition opens on 6th November and ends with the close of HIX LDN at 4pm on 28th November. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

Prize

  • The prize is one Hypnos Eden Mattress. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
  • Hypnos reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Hypnos’ control make it necessary to do so.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  • The winner will be chosen directly after the HIX LDN event which closes on November 28th, and we will contact the winner directly via our social media channels (Instagram or LinkedIn) within 7 days.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, Hypnos reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • By entering the competition, participants agree to Hypnos collecting, storing, and using their personal data in accordance with Hypnos’ privacy policy.
  • Personal data collected for the competition will only be used to contact the winner and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Publicity

  • By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the competition, including the use of their name and photograph on Hypnos’ website, social media channels, and press releases.

Social Media Platform Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or LinkedIn. By participating, entrants release Instagram and LinkedIn from any responsibility or liability related to this competition.

General

  • Hypnos reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions upon entry.
