Distribution Centre Administrator

Hypnos Contract Beds have a vacancy for the newly created role, of Distribution Centre Administrator for the recently acquired second site in Castle Donington. The role will report in to the Distribution and Installation Manager.

We have a vacancy for a Divan Team Leader at our manufacturing site in Castle Donington, who will report into the Production Manager and responsible for the day to day running and the development of the department.

Role Requirements:

  • Invoice verification for two departments
  • Scanning of POD’s and Invoices received
  • Booking of travel reservations for installation teams
  • Capturing of staff hours
  • Monitoring return stock for disposal
  • Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety standards

Individual requirements:

  • Computer literate with an understanding basic accounts and budgeting
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with team members and external contacts
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable with the ability and willingness to continually improve
