Key Account Manager

Hypnos Contract Beds are looking for someone to manage the customer’s account and support our MD on any business developments, to lead and manage all projects and deal with the day to day activities.

Role Requirements:

  • Raise ad-hoc orders from the customer sites
  • Study drawings and matrices to build quotes
  • Liaise with external project managers over lead times, delivery constraints
  • Prior to the new builds and refurbishments delivery liaise with site managers and communicate changes across HCB
  • Manage purchase orders and any debts, investigating and resolving issues
  • Maintain asset trackers for bases, mattresses, sofa beds, truckle beds
  • Handle and resolve ad-hoc queries or complaints from Premier Inn sites

Individual requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels internally and externally to the organisation
  • Able to build a rapport with contacts
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve
  • Understand basic accounts
  • Leadership and confidence
  • Appreciate the impact to the business of change to plans
