Customer Support Advisor (French)



Hypnos Contract Beds are recruiting an administrator able to communicate in English and French to ensure orders/pro-formas and quotations are processed in a timely manner and information and reports are communicated to the customer and the Sales Agents in a professional and effective manner. This role reports into the Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily entry of sales orders
  • Creation of sales orders and quotations
  • Taking payments
  • Booking-in deliveries
  • Monitoring and progressing pro-formas
  • Sales advice and assistance on the phone and face-to-face, from initial enquiry through to delivery
  • Support and cover colleagues within the Sales Admin Team
  • Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
  • Verbal and written communication in French

Individual requirements:

  • Confident communicator verbally and in writing in English and French
  • Resilient and calm in difficult situations
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Able to undertake site visits
